Night Terrors and My Sister

Also known as night terrors, sleep terrors often are paired with sleepwalking (Mayo Clinic).

Night terrors are a “parasomnia,” a problem that occurs in non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep, the very deepest of sleeps. What causes them can vary, it seems.
